|  Berth 21 is used by tugs, offshore support vessels, survey vessels, etc. There are usually about half a dozen vessels moored here.
The whole length of the berth is accessible to the public giving very close up viewing opportunities. Furthermore, there are views of vessels further down river and directly opposite.
Parking can be found on side streets or along the busy road running parallel.
